30 Day Self-Care Challenge

I got this wonderful idea from Brianna Fae's Mental Health blog. I changed it up a bit to reflect some of Fluff's values. It's so important to properly take care of yourself - whether this be your mental or physical health, hygiene, diet, etc. I've had an idea for a blog post for a while in which I wanted to discuss small, everyday things that can bring joy to your life. I slotted in some activities I love to do when I'm not feeling my best and need a pick-me-up. Let me know if you decide to do this challenge, and how it works out! And even if you don't want to commit to the full 30 days, read through and find a few things to start incorporating into your routine. You'll be happy you did :)
