Disco Ball Design Engraved Pet ID Tag
Disco Ball Design Engraved Pet ID Tag
This engraved pet ID tag is the perfect addition to your pet’s wardrobe. The ID tag features your pet’s name, as well as a disco ball design on the front. Our various sizes make it suitable for both cats and dogs. Please see below for size guide.
You can also choose to add your phone number and information to the back of the tag - just in case your pet ever decides to take off on an adventure.
Please note that we currently offer both hand stamped and engraved pet ID tags. The process and finished product for these will be slightly different in appearance as one is done completely by hand, and the other is done by a machine.
SIZE GUIDE
7/8" - Cats and XS dogs
1" - Small to large dogs
1 1/4" - XL+ dogs
FRONT SIDE
>> Typically 7 letters will fit across using the font size as displayed. If your pet's name is longer, we can fit it but please note the font may have to be made a little bit smaller in order to accommodate it.
REVERSE SIDE
>> Phone number: On our engraved tags, we can fit up to two phone numbers, a partial address (e.g. 1234 Smith St. Windsor, ON, N8X 1N3), and/or "microchipped". If you were to order a tag with only one phone number and no "microchipped" line, we can likely fit more of your address. Please don't hesitate to reach out to see if your text can fit.
All engraving will be relative to the size tag you order (e.g. your pet's name and the design on a 7/8" tag will be smaller than it would be on a 1 1/4" tag). It will be completely proportionate to the tag size.
ABOUT THE TAGS
>> We use premium brass and nickel silver tags. All tags are put through a thorough polishing process, which helps buff out any scuffs and rounds the edges. Each tag comes with two 20mm split rings, with the exception of the 1 1/4" tags which come with one 20mm ring and one 24mm ring. If you would like both split ring size options for a smaller tag, include this in the notes box.
Please keep in mind that brass will tarnish over time as it is exposed to oxygen. It will eventually become more of an antiqued gold. To restore it, you can quickly clean it with a polishing cloth or any brass cleaner.
PUTTING THE TAG ON
>> We recommend putting the split ring on your pet's collar first, and then attaching the tag to it.
Note: There may be slight variations between tags. We will do our best to always ensure its accuracy in comparison to the listing photos. Because the tags are a raw brass, there may be slight variations in colour between tags.
